At Buttercup, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are included, and attach the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off location; you will receive a notification once our team has processed your refund or exchange.
